After nearly 20 years working as a dental assistant, much of it as a temp, I knew exactly what was great about temping, and exactly what wasn't.

I loved the flexibility, variety and freedom it gave me. What I didn't love was the lack of choice, the limited information, the slow communication, and the expensive agency fees that often meant clinics paid more while professionals received less.

We started Cover Dental because we knew there had to be a better way. Our mission is to take everything that's great about temping and remove the parts that make it frustrating, creating a faster, fairer and more transparent way for dental practices and professionals to connect directly.

For clinics, that means easier access to great people without unnecessary agency fees. For professionals, it means better pay, more choice and more control over when and where you work.
